We understand that you are waiting patiently for your orders to arrive. 

Due to the current situation with a COVID outbreak and this being the busiest time of the year, shipping updates are delayed, orders are taking longer than expected to be delivered and tracking numbers are also delayed.

Our team at Dare is equally as frustrated as you are.  

We are checking around the clock for updated tracking numbers so that you can have true time delivery information. There is a delay with mail deliveries and unfortunately, this is outside of our control.  As soon as the tracking information is updated, you will be notified.

Please also understand that due to the amount of packages that are picked up and dropped off from our facility they are not scanned in initially. 

Dare To Have Hair's Shipping Time Frame Definition:

The time frame it takes for Dare's Warehouse to receive your order, 

process your order and schedule for carrier pickup. 

The time frame DOES NOT include "delivery"  as the "delivery" is solely based on the mail carrier.

Dare To Have Hair, Inc. cannot guarantee a delivery date based on the demand of the customer's date preferred. 

We truly do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but please know, we are doing everything we can on our end.  

Also please note that if you have received a tracking number that means that your package has been dispatched with a carrier.

This pandemic is still very much real and affecting so much and so many.
