Unfortunately, given the increased order volume, we can only offer the current processing times listed at checkout. If you require your purchase by a specific date, we offer RUSH PROCESSING and shipping for an additional fee of $89.00. This service prioritizes your order, reducing processing time to 1-2 business days. To request rush processing, please text your order number to 302-689-3273.

Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage. As carrier rates fluctuate with inflation, shipping fees will adjust accordingly. Should there be any changes in shipping rates during your order process, you will be notified for a price adjustment. International orders may be subject to customs fees.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided once payment is received. Please ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Important Notes:

• Wig orders and 13x6 lace items are custom-made and may take 10-15 business days to process.
• No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments, or for packages with delivery modifications requested by the customer.

The number of bundles required depends on the length of the hair and the desired volume:

• 12"-14": 2 or more bundles recommended.
• 16"-18": 3 or more bundles recommended.
• 20"-24": 4 or more bundles recommended.
• 26" and longer: 5-6 bundles or more recommended.

For Clip-Ins:

• One full set is required for length.
• Two full sets are recommended for volume.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All products, including wigs, are non-refundable, non-returnable, and may not be exchanged.

• Wig Orders: All wigs are custom-made and require 10-15 business days for processing. Rush processing is available upon request.

What to Expect When You Open Your Package:

Experience our signature Dare to Have Hair floral fragrance, a result of our pre-shipment CoWash.

Pre-Installation:

• Always wash your hair extensions before installation, leaving the zip-ties intact. This allows you to inspect the bundles. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.

Installation:

• Use the over-and-out method when installing your hair. Double the track by folding the weft in half, ensuring the beards face inward and do not touch the scalp. Avoid piercing the wefts to prevent excessive shedding. We recommend sealing your wefts with a high-quality weft sealant and only cutting the wefts when absolutely necessary.

Weekly Maintenance:

CoWash your hair 2-3 times per week to maintain moisture and remove buildup that could lead to matting or tangling. For deep conditioning, use a thick conditioner with smoothing properties to reduce frizz.

CoWash Routine:

1. Part hair into 7-10 sections before washing.
2. Detangle each section using a wide-tooth comb or brush, starting from the roots to the tips.
3. Saturate hair completely with water.
4. Work through each section with conditioner, detangling with a Denman brush.
5. Let conditioner sit for 15-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
6. For extra waves, scrunch hair or set in rollers. Dry with a cotton or microfiber towel to reduce frizz.

Daily Care:

• Brush or comb hair to style.
• Apply an alcohol-free glossing polish or serum for shine and frizz control as needed.
• Use a heat protectant when styling with heat to prevent damage.

Bedtime Care:

• Put hair into a high ponytail or bun to maintain wave patterns.
• Use a satin scarf or bonnet to reduce frizz.
• For bouncy waves, style with flexi-rods.

Curly Textures

What to Expect When You Open Your Package:

Your bundles may have a light floral fragrance from our signature CoWash. Curly hair may need to be revived after transit—avoid running your fingers through dry hair to prevent tangling.

Always wash your hair extensions before installation, leaving the zip-ties intact. This allows you to inspect the bundles. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately.

Installation:

Use the over-and-out method when installing. Avoid piercing the wefts to ensure longevity, and cut the wefts only when necessary. We recommend sealing your wefts with a high-quality weft sealant.

Maintenance:

CoWash 3 times per week to maintain moisture and prevent frizz. Use a moisturizing conditioner, curl cream, Denman brush, and hair clips.

Curly Hair Care Routine:

1. Section hair before wetting.
2. Apply conditioner and detangle with a Denman brush, starting from the ends.
3. Deep condition for 15-30 minutes.
4. Rinse, leaving a bit of conditioner in for kinkier textures or rinsing thoroughly for looser curls.
5. Scrunch hair with a cotton T-shirt and allow to air dry or use a diffuser.

Daily Care:

• Apply a water and conditioner mix to refresh curls.
• Use a cotton T-shirt to scrunch curls after washing.
• Avoid touching or manipulating curls while drying.

Bedtime Care:

• Put hair in a high ponytail or braid into large sections.
• Wear a satin scarf or bonnet to maintain curl pattern.
• Refresh hair in the morning with a water and conditioner spray, and style as needed.

Lace Products

Lace products can be CoWashed using the above methods, but handle with care due to their delicate nature. Our lace items are made using a ventilation method to achieve a natural look, with single knots near the hairline and double knots for added durability. Closures and frontals are expected to last 1-2 installations with proper care.
